Language Requirements

Since the language of YOS examination is both in English and Turkish, you do not have to know Turkish to be placed in a Turkish University. The medium of instruction in many Turkish Universities is English. If the English level of the students, who are placed in these universities, are not sufficient enough, they should attend the English Preparatory Class for one year. Furthermore, in all universities Turkish classes are carried out for international students. Also there is one year Turkish Preparatory Class in universities, which their language of instruction is Turkish.
